Private Waterfalls in the Blue Ridge Mountains
They're not Niagara. They're not Maui. They're better — because they're right outside the door, and you have them entirely to yourself.
At Windows Over Waterfalls, the water cascades continuously over boulders from the very top of the property to the very bottom. No flat sections. No interruptions. Just the sound of moving water from every corner of the land, at every elevation, all day and all night.

Right Outside the Door
Most waterfall experiences require a drive, a hike, and a crowd. Here, you walk out the front door and you're already there.
The boulders are climbable. You can sit on them, stretch out on them, close your eyes on them. The sound shifts every time you move — a different angle, a different note in the same continuous orchestra. People sit out there for hours without realizing it.
The property's 1,600 square feet of deck and patio looks directly out over the falls — you can hear and see them from your chair, your coffee, your morning, without ever leaving the cushions.
Everywhere, at Every Level
The falls aren't a single feature — they span the full length of the property, top to bottom. Mossy pathways and grass trails run alongside both banks, with benches and flat rocks positioned where the views earn a pause.
Hike the private trails above and you never lose the sound. The water follows you up the mountain. At every elevation, through every switchback, it's there. And layered over it — birdsong. The forest here is alive with it. The falls provide the bass note and the birds fill everything above it. It's a soundscape most people have never had access to privately.
